Because I believe that each of us is the Beloved of God, I offer you spiritual companionship and a safe space for sacred conversation as you deepen your awareness and experience of the unconditionally loving and liberating Holy One.

INDIVIDUAL SPIRITUAL DIRECTION
Individual Spiritual Companionship takes place, one-on-one, between the person seeking spiritual companionship and the person providing it. The two individuals meet on a regular basis – usually monthly – either in person or by telephone or Zoom technology.
The purpose of Individual Spiritual Companionship is to create a space in which the person seeking companionship and guidance can experience the presence and movement of the Holy, explore a deeper spirituality and relationship with The Holy, and integrate the heightened God-relationship in all areas of life.
GROUP RETREATS
Spiritual Companionship may also take place in group settings or retreats. These group retreats may take several forms; some are designed as learning experiences in which we learn things like new ways of prayer, discernment, etc. while others are more experiential in nature, providing opportunities to experience God and each other in new and profound ways.
